Remember, all students can attend Tulane regardless of immigration status. There is no federal or state law requiring the university to collect proof of immigration status or verify that the applicant's status allows study in the U.S.
When admitting noncitizen students who are in visa types other than F-1 or J-1, it is the responsibility of the applicant to understand their immigration status and whether it allows study in the U.S. If the applicant has questions about their status, they should consult an immigration attorney. For undocumented or DACA students, more information is available at http://tulane.edu/undocumented
