Viewing a student's academic history (SHACRSE/SHATERM/SFARHST)
A student’s academic history can be viewed by using SHACRSE, SHATERM, and/or SFARHST.
SHACRSE - view a student’s graded coursework.
In-progress courses will not display. Additionally, SHACRSE only displays coursework at TU and not transfer coursework.
Enter the student’s ID number. If you leave the term blank, you will see all of the student’s graded coursework while at TU. If you enter a term, you will see the student’s graded coursework for that specific term.
Querying/filtering is available on all headings. If you execute a query/filter by subject, courses are groups in alpha order by subject.
SHATERM - view academic standing, cumulative and term GPAs, and institutional and transfer credits.
Enter the student’s ID number and Level (required). Use the Look up button to view and select the student’s level(s) at Tulane. Leaving the term blank will display all graded terms. Go.
The Current Standing tab displays the first and last terms with graded coursework in addition to cumulative counts.
The Term GPA and Course Detail Information tab displays term and cumulative GPA by term. You also see all courses taken and grades earned.
SFARHST - a list of a student’s graded and non graded (in progress) courses, midterm grades
Enter the student’s ID and Go. Midterm grades, if available, will display.
