Changing the term on enrollment verifications

The print thru term for enrollment verifications should be updated after the majority of grades (approximately 80%) for the current term are complete. The IP_CUTOFF term affects student GPA calculations, not actual enrollment.

EXAMPLE: If the cut off term is set to 202410, an enrollment verification request will return enrollment for that term, but not calculate their GPA through that term. The GPA will only be calculated for terms occurring prior to the cut off term where courses have rolled to academic history.

 

  1. Go to the GTVSDAX screen in Banner.

  2. Find the CERT_REQUEST Group by using the filter.

  1. Use the right arrow to scroll over to Code IP_CUTOFF, Sequence 1 (Default InProgress Cutoff Term)

  1. Enter the External Code, which is the next term. Save.

Note: The term entered is considered the in-progress term. All future terms, including the term entered, are considered in-progress and will not be included in the GPA calculation on the enrollment verification.
