Updating fee assessment rate codes in batch - REG_BATCH_RATE_C

Create csv file with the following format

• TERM CODE, STUDENT ID, NEW RATE CODE

• Include header record

 Upload the csv file into Banner

• Banner form:  GUAUPLP

• Process name:  REG RATE CODE BATCH

Run Appworx job

• REG_RATE_BATCH_C

Run in Audit (A) mode to check output

Run in Update (U) mode to update student records

Check SGASTDN

to make sure students’ records have been updated
