Inactivating students due to no registration - REG_INACT_STUDENTS_C

This process changes a student’s status to IS (inactive student) if the student is not registered in the current term. This job should be run after the last day to add for the term.

  • REG_INACT_STUDENTS_C

Parameters

  • Term Code - required

    • The current registration term

  • File Type - required

    • HTML (default)

  • Student ID… - optional

    • Leave blank to run for all students

  • Reset Indicator… - required

    • Use default value

  • Run Mode - required

    • Run in Audit (A) mode to check output

      • Numbers may seem high

    • Run in Update (U) mode to update student records

Verify

  • Check to ensure students’ records have been updated in SGASTDN

  • Once this job is run, need to reactivate dummy Banner acct
