Attributing courses as dual enrollment (SHATRNS)
Students can transfer up to 15 credits of dual enrollment coursework.
Indicating courses as dual enrollment is done by adding the RTDE to applicable coursework in SHATRNS.
SHATRNS key block
Enter the student’s ID. Choose the Transfer Institution and Attendance Period. Go.
Transfer Institution block
Clear out any notifications by clicking the number in the upper right corner. Next block.
Transfer Attendance Period block
Clear out any notifications. Next block.
Transfer Course Detail block
Use the arrows to scroll through coursework.
Adding the attribute
When you land on the course needing identification, click into the Course Attributes block in the Attribute field.
Type RTDE. Save.
Note that you can only add attributes to articulated courses.
