Entering batch transfer credit (SoPA only)

Batch entry of transfer credit is only used for SoPA students who have previously earned a bachelor’s degree at another regionally accredited institution.

A record of which courses make up the total credits awarded should be kept in Slate, for audit purposes, in order for SoPA admission to explain the total number of credits awarded. In practice, this documentation is a list of all courses used in the calculation of the batch credit.
