Registrar core tests

Tests we should run for every upgrade/update

  • Should any tests be added or removed?

  • Instructions for each test will be reviewed in the next phase

  • Request and access an enrollment verification

  • Ensure EMS-Banner connectivity

  • Ensure Courseleaf-Banner connectivity

  • Search and register for a course using Class Schedule (as a student)

  • Access and download an unofficial transcript

  • Print a transcript via Banner

  • Place a transcript order via Parchment (as a student)

  • Create and register a student for an independent study section in Banner

  • View a student’s course registration in SFAREGS

  • View a student’s overrides in SFASRPO

  • View a section’s information in SSASECT

  • View a section’s detail information in SSADETL

  • View a section’s registration restrictions in SSARRES

  • View a section’s pre-requisite/test score restrictions in SSAPREQ

  • View a student’s learner record in SGASTDN

  • View a student’s attributes in SGASADD

  • View a person’s information in SPAIDEN

  • Start/end the Automatic Waitlist Notification job (REG_SFRBWLP_C)
