What do we value in each other and the work we do?

Selection
Nominations can come from internal or external
Excellent service, regular volunteer, leadership/ownership, collaboration/partnerships
Noms must be supported by supervisor
Open to the number of awards given out: 6 or 7.
Concerned about the extroverts nominations. Those who do quiet work.
Could we consider years of service as part of recognition.
Are we concerned about departments nominating within.
Senior leadership not considered for award.
Look at U of Miami nomination shout out website
Can submit nomination letter as part of the form (maybe use Qualtrics or MS Forms).
Maybe we should have an EM landing page to better define who we are.
What’s the value of these departments stitched together.
