Portal operates in a few different ways:

• web portal for parents (Pull)

• digests of newsletters that pulls in information in the portal (Push)

How often are there issues?

Disconnect between what we were sold and how it’s playing out

Not sold on content they’re providing - their staff should be curating content from our web/social media, but they use student workers doing that work. Quality isn’t quite as high, generic.

Some schools use it in prospective student phase

Parents are used to having this access from the K-12 experience

Loyola uses it
