Maybe cohort students. As of census, to indicate first term of enrollment in a program.
Need reports that show first term of graduate enrollment at TU to identify cohort.
Then create cohort codes. Must establish convention. You can’t mess with cohort codes that are already on the record.
Need IDs. Run cohort job to add cohort code to records.
Christine said go back 7 years.
Cannot put cohort code on until after census. Oct/Feb 1
Term specific and new PH should be reflected in cohort code.
PH can still establish their own re-admit requirements (one academic year, etc.). The 180 days is for federal loan repayment only.
Cohort only represents first term of graduate public health matriculation. Cannot ‘re-cohort’ students.
Can give reports with last term of enrollment.
Graduated with X degree.
Double-majoring - cannot do at the graduate level
15 of 45 are foundational same for every concentration
12-15 are concentration requirements
The rest are concentration-related electives
