2025-02-19 Unified Commencement planning

TSSW moving diploma ceremony from December to May on Saturday morning in Dixon (10-ish).

Tickets for Unified only. Tassel (was Marching Order) is the vender for ticketing. Limit 25/graduate. Students need a ticket. VIP tickets - platform, faculty, advancement.

• Assigned seats/section for VIPs only, everything else is general admission.

Security

• clear bag policy

• metal detectors and wanding at all ceremonies

• concerns about mojo barriers with gonfalon

Lineup

• in sections behind stage (west side)

Parking

• pay to park in garage

• Commencement will cover parking for volunteers, platform party, etc.

ADA

• drop off at Gate A

• last row of sections reserved for ADA

• there will be no ADA form

Program Deadline - March 31

Will have a separate Registrar volunteer form that will be sent to Steph D.
