SAAEAPS - hold that restricts applications (purged after term of admission)

Student curricula only updated between semesters for a future term b/c of CPOS

CPOS - only pays financial aid for courses in a student’s plan of study

Term - the term you want the change

Update continuing students? With a teach-out program, some students eligible to switch or stay in current program - needs individual review

      • active curricula (don’t want nursing students to change their major online)

  • Message templates (to prevent no message from displaying) that are editable

  • Department contacts - controlled by Amber
