May need to transfer research/file storage, email

• student - class needs to be reassigned quickly so that the class can continue.

  • grade changes - chair is responsible for this. Need to send notification to chair immediately. Identify workflow items in progress (grade change, frevvo)

• cause vs voluntary termination

  • cause - shut down access completely

    • even if they have email for life from being a student, it still gets shut off

• research

  • Tom Perreira - there’s a time limit to transferring grant from TU to another school/Cayuse

    • create a safe harbor for the grant transfer. a dept will ask for access to a person’s email account - has to be approved by senior officers

    • if there’s intellectual property, that would been to be evaluated

  • their own intellectual property - TU co-owns those courses, so need to delay termination in access to some of those resource

  • don’t need access to buildings

  • 30 days or less access to post-termination systems? 10 days?
