Starting class 22-23.

Cum rank for 1L and 2L classes only.

Don’t run rank for 1L for fall, but cum rank in spring. - JD only

Run fall 2L cum rank. Spring 2L cum rank. - JD only

3L fall - cum rank for top 12% (spring and summer JDs are not ranked) - JD only

Graduating 3Ls - Steph added new hold type in Banner. Del doesn’t ask us to run the rank until after the appeal period has expired.

Parchment holds transcript until there’s a non-null value in SHATCMT. SHATCMT originator codes:

LCR - cum

LGR - graduation

LTR - term

LYR - year

Del will tell us which ranks run for each class, and we will tell Parchment.

IT/Joy tested the top 12% and when it does/doesn’t print to the transcript.

1L Fall - no rank
1L Spring - cum rank (top 12% only)

2L Fall - cum rank (top 12% only)
2L Spring - cum rank (top 12% only)

3L Fall - cum rank (top 12% only)
