Third party ID

Used to link users and give ability to log in to Gibson.

When IT sets up account, users use ID and PIN. After they log in, it gets established as a account and then they have to log in with TU ID and password.

FIM - synchronization engine to work with other systems to share pieces of an identity with other apps.
