Logging into Schedule of Classes as an employee

All faculty have access to additional information by logging into the Schedule of Classes. Select staff also have this access.
Logging into Class Schedule will provide you with additional data about the classroom to which your course has been assigned. This additional data will include the current enrollment in the section, the social distancing capacity of the classroom, and the instructional technology available.
Login to Class Schedule using your Tulane Credentials
Use the Search options to find a specific course or search by Instructor name. Press All Courses.
The results will display all course information and the following data about the classroom to which your course has been assigned: current enrollment, social distancing capacity, instructional technology.
ID numbers should never be released via ticket, phone, or email. Students can access their ID numbers via Gibson. Students needing ID numbers for transcript orders can enter their SSN or 9 0's in the ID number field.
