Creating and assigning reservation confirmation email templates in EMS

To create a new email template (ex. if a new department starts using EMS to approve room reservation requests):

In EMS desktop client, click:

Configuration → Other → Messages

Then click “new” and enter a description and the email body text

 

Next, add the email template to the appropriate Process Template:

Configuration → Everyday User Applications → Everyday User Process Templates

Select the template (or create a new one), then click “confirmation” on the right side of the window.

Fill out the buildings, categories and statuses tabs.

On the Options tab, select the email template you made from the “header message” drop down list.

Fill out the Email Options tab.
