Removing a room from viewing from VEMS
EMS > Configuration > Facilities > Rooms > Select your building (from drop-down menu) > Select your room (double-click from list) > Everyday User Process Templates tab > move General Pool Room Request Form from Available (left) to Request (bottom right) > AND Room tab > UNCHECK box at bottom-left: Available to Everyday Users (under Everyday User Application Settings)
ID numbers should never be released via ticket, phone, or email. Students can access their ID numbers via Gibson. Students needing ID numbers for transcript orders can enter their SSN or 9 0's in the ID number field.
