Class Scheduling Checklist- to do before bridging depts for upcoming term***

After sending out the call for classes email (sent in July for upcoming spring/summer and November for upcoming fall), make sure the following items are completed in preparation for reviewing and bridging department schedules

  • Create new term in EMS

  • Open new term on Class Schedule website (select POTs, will enable term later)

  • Edit bridging template email

  • Create and update tracking spreadsheet in Box
