Class Scheduling Checklist- to do before bridging depts for upcoming term***
After sending out the call for classes email (sent in July for upcoming spring/summer and November for upcoming fall), make sure the following items are completed in preparation for reviewing and bridging department schedules
Create new term in EMS
Open new term on Class Schedule website (select POTs, will enable term later)
Edit bridging template email
Create and update tracking spreadsheet in Box
