Creating the final exam schedule in EMS

EMS > Academic Browser icon > Filter tab > Campus: Uptown; Term: make sure it’s correct > filter search by Academic Unit

• The final exam schedule for TERM1 must be “published” in EMS before TERM1’s classes go live for online registration??.

• Always house departmental-wide exams first

• What DOESN’T need a room for final exams:

  • Grad courses

  • Courses at satellite campuses (BX, EL, downtown)

  • Courses with no meeting pattern (ex: independent studies, honors theses, research, practicums, most internships, studios, service learning, etc.)
