Confidentiality Agreement
In the course of my employment with Tulane University, I will have access to personally identifiable information (PII). I certify that I will take all appropriate measures to ensure that all PII in my possession will be protected from access by unauthorized individuals. I certify that I will not discuss PII with anyone internal or external to Tulane at any time. I certify that I will not store PII on a local workstation, laptop, floppy disk, CD/DVD, personal digital assistant (PDA), Smartphone, USB flash drive, or any other portable storage device. I also certify that I will not transmit PII without encryption.

Applicant Authorization
I acknowledge that all work performed on this computer account has been assigned to me by my supervisor. I acknowledge that any remuneration received for work performed will be reported according to University policy and regulations on copyrights, patents and royalties. I have also read and am aware of the University regulations on conflict of interest and their application to the work I do on this account. I am aware that this computer account is for my exclusive use and I will not allow other individuals to log on to the computer with my account and password.

ID numbers should never be released via ticket, phone, or email. Students can access their ID numbers via Gibson. Students needing ID numbers for transcript orders can enter their SSN or 9 0's in the ID number field.
