TGPHOLD is the baseline Banner process to apply and release holds in mass. We are currently using an Appworx process for this, but it’s useful to understand the functionality of this process to make bulk processing accessible to a wider base within the Registrar’s Office.
Job story
When I need to enter holds for a mass of students, I want to be able to use a bulk process to enter and end them so I don’t have to enter them individually.

ID numbers should never be released via ticket, phone, or email. Students can access their ID numbers via Gibson. Students needing ID numbers for transcript orders can enter their SSN or 9 0's in the ID number field.
