Identifying coursework taken as dual enrollment (SHATRNS)

Coursework taken as dual enrollment are indicated with the RTDE attribute in SHATRNS.

Prior to articulating transfer coursework, check SHATRNS to identify any coursework taken as dual enrollment. Make note of each course with the RTDE attribute so that it can be restored after articulation of new coursework.

When new transfer coursework is added to a student’s record, the process of deleting from history, unarticulating, re-articulating, and rolling to history removes any attributes not applied at the course level. RTDE is applied at the student level, so articulation of new coursework erases the RTDE attribute from the student’s record.
