Viewing general person information (SPAIDEN)
General information like address, phone, email, biographical and emergency contacts can be viewed in SPAIDEN.
In the SPAIDEN key block, enter the ID. Go.
To find student information, click the appropriate Tab; Current Identification, Alternate Identification, Address, Telephone, Biographical, E-mail, Emergency Contact, Additional Information.
Troubleshooting
If you see the following warning, refer to the Registrar’s Office.
Registrar’s Office:
Ensure there are no spaces after any of the data in the fields. If so, delete the spaces.
Add a letter to the end of the First Name. Save.
Remove the letter. Save.
Remove the change from the Alternate Identification tab.
