Review and Configure GTVSDAX

GTVSDAX governs global registration activities that are not term-specific. Generally these settings do not change unless there have been changes in business processes or Banner upgrades. It is still good practice to review GTVSDAX each semester to ensure these global parameters are set correctly.
GTVSDAX settings can be found in Term Config Bible - Chapter 1 - Ongoing Registration Activities & Processes.pdf, section 1.1.
DO NOT set WEBDROPLST in GTVSDAX - this will be configured later GORTCTL!
