There are a number of odds and ends that also need to be managed or configured in conjunction with term config processes and in preparation for student registration.
Adjusting Max Hours

Prior to registration, all NTC students should be set to 17 max hours except:
Honors Weekend students should be set to 19
Engineering majors should be set to 18 - get list from Advising
Loyola Consortium Students

Beginning in 2023, Loyola Students will be allowed to register themselves
Ensure that fall and spring semesters include LU time tickets in SFRCTRL
Prior to the registration period, make sure all currently enrolled Loyola students have a Registrar registration hold (RR) placed on them.
This hold will be lifted as the Loyola Registrar approves their requests to attend Tulane classes.
ID numbers should never be released via ticket, phone, or email. Students can access their ID numbers via Gibson. Students needing ID numbers for transcript orders can enter their SSN or 9 0's in the ID number field.
