Building the online academic calendar

Once all parts of term have been received, OUR staff builds the Drupal calendar on the Registrar’s website. Major milestones such as start and end dates, refund dates, and holidays for each part of term need to be entered. The default calendar on the website displays part of term (POT) 1.
Colette submits proposed Academic Calendars to the Provost and CEP.
Once approved, the Academic Calendar represents POT1 for that semester.
Create pdf version of the POT 1 calendar using the appropriate template found located here:
This pdf will be added to the website as a downloadable version of the POT 1 calendar. Email the pdf to Duane Pitre (dpitre1@tulane.edu) to upload to the OUR website.
Once all dates/milestones have been collected from the various schools, calendars must be built for each part of term.

Upload Drupal template - currently Joy Landry in IT assists with this.
