Viewing a student's course registration status (SFAREGS)

Viewing a student's course registration status (SFAREGS)

Students may presume that they are registered for courses when they may actually either be waitlisted or not registered at all. This guidance will demonstrate where to find the registration status of a course as well as the number of registered credits.

In SFAREGS, enter the term and student ID number. Go.

In the Registration tab, in the Course Information block, you should see a list of courses.

  • The absence of any courses means that the student is not registered.

The Status field for a given line indicates the registration status of that course.

  • RE means we registered the student.

  • RW means the student registered themselves.

  • WL means the student is waitlisted.

  • All other statuses mean not registered.

The Enrollment Totals block shows registered credit hours.

For even more detailed information on a student’s registration transaction history, see https://tulaneregistrar.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/REGISTRAR/pages/26968071.
