Reporting students' minimum and maximum credit hours from SFAREGS - REG_MIN_MAX_HRS_REPORT_C

This job will generate a report of students’ minimum and maximum hours on SFAREGS. It is particularly helpful when confirming and raising students' max hours during registration periods.

Parameters

  • Term:  The term for which you want to know the min/max hours

NOTE:

  • The output for this report is in a comma-delimited format.

  • Students who have values in the MIN_HRS, MINH_SRC_CDE, MHRS_OVER, MAXH_SRCE_CODE and USER_ID fields have had their records manually updated for that term.

  • Students who DO NOT have values in the MIN_HRS, MINH_SRC_CDE, MHRS_OVER, MAXH_SRCE_CODE and USER_ID fields, are programmatically given the default values set in SFAMHRS. The default hours for these students are listed in the DEFAULT_MIN_HRS and DEFAULT_MAX_HRS in the report.
