Managing NTC maximum enrollment credits during registration
Prior to priority registration, returning NTC students will have their max hrs set to 17. At the end of the registration period, their maximum enrollment credits will be raised to 19. Any newly admitted students will not have this restriction.
Setting the maximum enrollment credits to 17 prior to registration

Set Maximum Hours to 17 for UG, (U2 and U3) levels and AR, BS, LA, PH, SE, and UD college codes
This sets the default max hrs to 17 for theses students.
Advisors will update individual students at their discretion during registration. Any values manually entered for individual students on SFAREGS will override this default setting.
Updating maximum enrollment credits to 19 for incoming students
Obtain a list of incoming students (FTFs, Spring Scholars, and new transfers) from Undergraduate Admissions.
Run REG_MAX_HRS_C using these IDs
Batch updating students' maximum registered credits in a term - REG_MAX_HRS_C
Update MAX HRS to 19
Updating maximum enrollment credits to 19 for all NTC students at the end of registration
Run REG_MIN_MAX_HRS_REPORT_C
Select NTC UGs who have manually updated max hrs (not blank, and less than 19 credits)
Run REG_MAX_HRS_C using the IDs from the report above
Batch updating students' maximum registered credits in a term - REG_MAX_HRS_C
Update MAX HRS to 19
Update SFAMHRS to 19 for UG, (U2 and U3) levels and AR, BS, LA, PH, SE, and UD college codes
Run REG_MIN_MAX_HRS_REORT_C again to check that the above processes have completed successfully
