Running an Appworx time ticket report - REG_TIME_TKT_REPORT_C

A time ticket report can be run that lists all currently active students, their program and class information, and their time ticket information, including PINs, for registration in the upcoming term. The report can also be run for a specific population of students.

If running a report for all students:

APPWORX request

• REG_TIME_TKT_REPORT_C

Parameters

• Enrollment Term - required

  • This is the term in which students are already registered

  • Defaults to the current term

• Time Ticket Term - required

  • This is the upcoming term for which time tickets will be generated

• Batch Report - optional

  • Select “No” to run the report for all students

• Report File Name - required

  • Defaults to report with date/time stamp

If running a report for a specific population of students:

Prepare Student List

• Create csv file with the following format:

  • Student ID

  • No header record

• Upload the csv file into Banner

  • Banner form: GUAUPLP

  • Process name: Registration - TIME TICKET BATCH
