Viewing and interpreting pointers (SHATCKN)

Pointers are maintained by the Office of the Registrar and viewable by those with access in SHATCKN.

In the key block enter the student’s ID number and the Term the course was taken. Click Go.

To view the course’s pointer(s), click on the course to select. The level to which the course applies is in the Level block.

Example 1: This course applies to the G2 level

Example 2: This course applies to the GR level

Example 3: This course applies to both the GR and G2 levels
