Grading research, audit, and NG courses - REG_GRADE_MODE_MODS_GRADES_C

This job applies grades to to courses with the following grade modes:

  • 7 = R (research)

  • A = AU (audit)

  • N = NG (non-graded)

The Registrar’s Office runs this process each term after the last day to withdraw with record.

Parameters

  • Term - required

    • Enter the term for which grades will be applied

  • Ptrm code (part of term)

    • Select which POT you wish to run

  • Interface name parameter

    • Use default value

  • Location

    • Use default value

  • Report directory

    • Use default value

  • File type

    • Use default value

  • Interface run ID

    • Use default value

  • Run Mode

    • Run in Audit (A) mode to check output

    • Run in Update (U) mode to apply the grades.

      • NOTE: You cannot right-click and resubmit the audit job. When running in Update, you must restart and resubmit all of the parameters.

Check SFASLST for individual student registration/grades.
