Sending missing grade emails - REG_MISSING_GRADES_C
This processes alerts NTC instructors, chairs, and deans of missing grades. The process sends subsequent missing grade emails to:
1st day after grades are due - NTC instructors
2nd day after grades are due - NTC instructors, and chairs
3rd day after grades are due - NTC instructors, chairs, and deans
under construction - need clearer description of IT’s process
Overview
Email help@tulane.edu #banner requesting the job be started on the day after grades are due in the term.
Provide schedule for escalating letters
Update email text (request a copy of the current text from IT) with relevant dates.

Grades for graduating students were due on Thursday, December 23, 2021 - update this date. Graduating students are denoted by a red "graduating" box on your grade roster. All other grades are due by Wednesday, January 5, 2022 - update this date. Please log into Gibson to record these grades.
