Adding a Mutual Exclusion to a set of courses

  1. Update CIM Course Admin form for both courses in the mutual exclusion pair to include course description information and note restriction of mutual exclusion course pair in the “Restrictions' section at the bottom of the form.

  2. When the CIM course admin forms are fully approved by curriculum committee and routed back to the Registrar for processing, add Mutual Exclusion in SCAMEXC on both courses.

 

Note:

Mutual Exculsion Registration Error must be set to “fatal” for the term in SOATERM
