Entering honors (SZADEGR)

Honors are entered immediately after certifying a student’s degree on the SZADEGR Honors tab.

For NTC students, NTC advisors will enter Latin and Department honors, which are entered in the Institutional Honors block.
Post-baccalaureate students are not awarded Latin honors (except Law).
The Departmental Honors block is for Medical School awards only.

To see all values available for the Institutional Honors block (Latin, Department), click the lookup button on the Code field to reveal the STVHONR validation table.

When all changes are indicated, Save.
