Identifying a student's first and last term of enrollment
A student’s first and last term of enrollment is directory information, so this can be provided to a student upon request.
This usually comes up during discussion with the student about an enrollment verification, and can be looked up in SFARQST.
Enter the student’s ID in the ID field.
On the Term field, click the lookup/search button (three dots).
From the Option List, select Term Summary (SHQTERM).
The student’s semesters will display in order from least to most recent.
Terms with an IS Student Status indicate a semester of non-enrollment.
Click the History Term column heading to sort from most to least recent if needed.
Use the triangle buttons to view additional records and/or adjust the number of results per page to see more results in a single view.
