Creating SHADEGR/SZADEGR records - REG_ROLL_LEARNER_TO_OUTCOME_C
This process moves students who have applied for degrees from the SHBGAPP table to the SHRROUT table. This creates sought (SO) records in SZADEGR and SHADEGR for students who have active graduation applications. Run this process on the first day of final exams each term. This process should be run the day after the End Date in SHAGADR (the last day that students can fill out the online application).
