Use this report to proof diploma names and catch bogus phonetic names prior to degree conferral.

This report:

  • Lists diploma name, Banner system name, and phonetic name

  • Includes WFs and WPs

    • RO will need to update the term prompt, not BIA (need to put on ops calendar)

Select

  • Students who have active AG, CG, WF, and WP records in SHAGAPP

Main data points

  • Banner system name

  • Diploma name

  • Phonetic name

Prompts

  • Currently only looking at single app term

    • **needs modification to include WF and WP terms
