Adding email addresses to Xerox printers

Locate the printer to be edited

• Turn on or wake up printer

• Find the IP address for the specific printer you are updating

  • Large printer model: AltraLink C8055, IP listed in top left corner on main screen

  • Smaller printer model: VersaLink C605X MFP, IP listed in Device > About section

  • IP address # is structured like so: 123.45.67.89

• Open a browser window and type in the IP address

• You’ll be directed to a Xerox page for the specific printer

• Enter Login info and edit as needed

Log in

• User/Account: Admin

• Passcode: XRX1834 - Must be capitalized
