Students indicate their preference for full confidentiality in Gibson. Student instructions >
We can view a student’s confidentiality setting (confidentiality flag) in SPAIDEN’s Biographical tab. Students with full confidentiality are indicated by a checkmark in the Confidential box.
Directory information is withheld and is not to be released. This also means the student’s name will not be published in the commencement program.
ID numbers should never be released via ticket, phone, or email. Students can access their ID numbers via Gibson. Students needing ID numbers for transcript orders can enter their SSN or 9 0's in the ID number field.
