Check the student’s email address in SPAIDEN. The TU email address should be the type 10 email address. Make sure the type 20 is non-Tulane. If not, update as needed. You must confirm their identity prior to updating this.
Confirm they’re using the accurate username (SPAIDEN).
The password may need resetting: https://password.tulane.edu.
The caller might not have set up their Duo multi-factor authentication.
The student has more than one ID. In this case, let Denise know.
ID numbers should never be released via ticket, phone, or email. Students can access their ID numbers via Gibson. Students needing ID numbers for transcript orders can enter their SSN or 9 0's in the ID number field.
