Clearspan is a virtual phone app which allows staff and interns to answer phone calls virtually.

Logging in

Download Clearspan Software  

Under “User Software Downloads”

Log in to Server 

  • Email- Your individual TU email address 

Log in to Software 


Transferring calls

Click the phone with the arrow.  

Type in the persons extension. The name should automatically populate.

Click on the name.

Click transfer now.
