Reporting duplicate IDs

If a single individual is identified as having multiple duplicate TU ID numbers, the case should be reported to the Office of the University Registrar for resolution.

For each ID number include:

• Full name

• Date of birth

• Last 4 of SSN (if available)

• TU email address (if available)
