Enabling Degree Works access

Prior to access, all new users are required to complete FERPA training. See also: Checking completion of FERPA training in Bridge
Identify the person as an advisor in Banner. See also: Enabling the Advisor tab
In Degree Works Transit, select the RAD33 Banner Non-Student Extract and Bridge processor from the drop down list.
In the Selection criteria section, select SIS ID. Enter the user’s TUID number and click the Add SIS ID button.
In the Questions section, select the appropriate user class.
Advisors who can submit petitions - ADV
Advisors who can NOT submit petitions - ADVX
Registrar staff - REG
You’ll be taken to the Completed Jobs tab, where you’ll see that the job you just ran is listed. Click the refresh icon to determine if the process completed (“Done”) or Failed.
Click the carat to expand, where you’ll see/download the action report and log file, which can be helpful for troubleshooting.
Click the encircled “i” to see information about the process' results.
ID numbers should never be released via ticket, phone, or email. Students can access their ID numbers via Gibson. Students needing ID numbers for transcript orders can enter their SSN or 9 0's in the ID number field.
