Troubleshooting access to FERPA training in Bridge

Open an Incognito window in Chrome or a Private window in Firefox.
Go to http://gibson.tulane.edu .
Login. In the Staff tab, click the TULearn (Bridge) link on the left.
Click the first green circle on the left for TULearn.
Log in with your full Tulane email address as the username.
If it successfully logs you in, you can try pasting the link to your specific training in a new tab.
If this is unsuccessful, email help@tulane.edu.
ID numbers should never be released via ticket, phone, or email. Students can access their ID numbers via Gibson. Students needing ID numbers for transcript orders can enter their SSN or 9 0's in the ID number field.
