Submitting grades via the Academic Institution (AI) Portal

Instructions
Log in to the AI Portal
Open the AI Portal and log in using your instructor credentials (username and password).
Navigate to the home page
Once logged in, you'll be directed to the Home page. Scroll down until you reach the Grades box.
Review missing, incomplete, and overdue grades
In the Grades box, you will see the number of missing, incomplete, and overdue grades.
If there is a number displayed next to any of these categories, it indicates that grades need to be submitted for those students.
Select the category to view grades
Click on the number next to the missing, incomplete, or overdue grades category.
This will take you to the "Submit Grades" page, where you can enter grades for students that fall under these categories.
Select the branch of service
On the "Submit Grades" page, several boxes will appear. You must select each branch of service for which a grade is required.
The branches of service could include options such as Army, Navy, Air Force, etc.
Populate students and courses receiving aid
After selecting the branch of service, the system will populate the list of students and the courses they are enrolled in, specifically those that are receiving aid.
Add the grade for each student
For each student listed, enter the appropriate grade (e.g., A, B, C, etc.) in the corresponding field.
Submit the grades
Once all grades are entered, click the Submit button to finalize and submit the grades for the selected students.
Confirmation of submission
You should receive a confirmation message confirming that the grades have been successfully submitted.
Log out
Once all grades have been submitted, ensure you log out of the portal to maintain the security of your session.
Final Notes
Be sure to double-check the grades for accuracy before submitting.
