Enrolling students in the Stone Center's summer program

1. Stone Center (Hannah) collects applications

2. Stone Center (Hannah) submits information to Admissions (Anil) to admit students

3. Parallel to this, Stone Center (Hannah)submits course information to the Registrar (Belinda) to build courses

4. Admissions (Anil) returns TU ID number for admitted students to Stone Center

5. Stone Center (Hannah) requests registration for all students in placeholder LAST classes

6. Registrar (Belinda) completes LAST registration

7. When students arrive, they complete placement assessments

8. Once placed, Stone Center (Hannah) submits to the Registrar (Belinda) a list of students and credit-bearing courses for registration

9. Registrar (Belinda) registers the students

Admission type: ND=Non Degree

Student type: V=Guest

Classification:

• Undergraduates RCSU=Class of Special Undergraduate

• Graduates RCSG=Class of Special Graduate

Program:

• SNND_UG for Newcomb Tulane College, undergraduates

• For Graduates use School that owns the program;  i.e. LAND_GR,  SEND_GR etc.

Major: SUMM=Summer

Note - be sure to inactivate learner records for the following fall term in SGASTDN and end the attribute in SGASADD.
