Are they registered in the current term AND in the next fall term for 12 hours or more or are full term per the last semester senior coding, (F student type). SFAREGS, curricula tab
Are they an undergraduate in all of these terms, not in SoPA?
Are they registered in the current term and the next fall term as an undergraduate as the primary program and not in the school of continuing studies SFAREGS? (curricula tab)
Are all of their grades in for the Spring term? Are any incompletes? SFARHST, only look at RE and RW courses. Run transcripts
Is their Cum GPA higher than a 2.30?
Are there any I’s? Are there any blank grades?

Did they attend a high school in Louisiana?

Is their origin address in Louisiana?
SPAIDEN address tab, permanent type, active address.
· If they meet all the criteria above, continue to step 6.
· If they do not, put aside for Colette with a sticky note. State that the code was not entered and why.
SGASTDN- do not enter term. Activity tab, Insert for FALL term dates, Activity Code LEGIS and insert line and add Spring term dates, Activity Code LEGIS
Give applications and transcripts to Colette when complete. Separate the problem apps with sticky notes on each as to why it couldn’t be processed.

ID numbers should never be released via ticket, phone, or email. Students can access their ID numbers via Gibson. Students needing ID numbers for transcript orders can enter their SSN or 9 0's in the ID number field.
